He emphasizes the performance of Total lubricants and attends trade shows to discuss how the fuel landscape will impact the lubricant market in the future. “I’m working to increase the presence of one of the world’s leading energy companies in the world’s largest market. Mike has a knack for anticipating needs. His forward thinking comes to life when he shows trucking companies how much they can save using lubricants with better fuel economy or lessen their environmental impact – even before they ask. He even coordinates tests for products that are in development up to 5 years out. “There’s nothing more satisfying than making a plan and seeing thoughtful work deliver a solution that benefits everyone.”

Mike believes in taking care of his customers and recognizes that each one has individual needs. His strategy is to “listen, get an understanding, and communicate every step of the way.” And that responsiveness builds trust. A customer approached Mike about designing a lubricant specifically for their engines. With his help, they got a customized product.
